GITEKA (Green Industrial Transformation through Education in Kosovo and Albania) is a groundbreaking initiative that brings together Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), industry leaders, and innovation intermediaries from Kosovo and Albania, in close collaboration with EU partners from Poland and Romania.
The project serves as a transformative model for higher education–industry partnerships, aiming to revitalize the manufacturing sector by building a strong bridge between academic research and industrial application. By aligning with the objectives of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Strand 1, GITEKA is deeply committed to driving the Green and Circular Economy—a cornerstone of the EU Green Deal—and supporting the broader priority of sustainable growth and jobs.
